We offer person-centred support and advice on a variety of issues. People determine their own needs through a process of assessment, support planning and regular reviews.


Our service is suitable for people who are experiencing some form of mental distress and as a result are struggling to maintain day to day tasks.


People who are eligible for the service will:



  • Want to receive our service

  • Be resident in Herefordshire

  • Be experiencing difficulties resulting in mental distress

  • Be aged 18 or over.

  • Seeking to retain or improve independence

Our teams cover all of Herefordshire and provide weekday, daytime support with some flexibility to enable people to access opportunities and resources at evenings and weekends. We can help you to access community resources, educational opportunities, housing services, leisure activities and training for work. We can also help with benefit claims, budgeting skills, developing social opportunities, support networks, practical tasks associated with daily living.


You can self refer yourself to our service by



  • Dropping in to the office

  • Phoning to arrange an appointment

  • Completing a Referral Form from the referrals tab above

We also accept referrals from Community Mental Health Teams, GP's, Registered Social Landlords, other mental health or housing services and other voluntary organisations.
