We offer person-centred support and advice on a variety of housing-related issues. People who make use of our service determine their own needs through a process of assessment, support planning and reviews.

Our service is suitable for people who are experiencing mental health issues and are at risk of losing their home. People must want to receive our service, be resident in Herefordshire, have experience of mental distress, be aged 18 or over and have housing-related support needs.

Our teams cover all of Herefordshire and provide weekday, daytime support with some flexibility to enable people to access opportunities and resources at evenings and weekends. We can help you to access community resources, educational opportunities, housing services, leisure activities and training for work. We can also help with benefit claims, budgeting skills, developing social opportunities, support networks, practical tasks associated with daily living and keeping your home.

We accept referrals from Community Mental Health Teams, GP's, Registered Social Landlords, other mental health or housing services and other voluntary organisations. You can also refer yourself to our service.
