Our new CQC registered Domiciliary Care Service is designed to specifically meet the needs of people with a primary diagnosis of mental health problems. This specialist service will work with you to develop a personal support plan that may include personal care, support with cleaning, shopping, cooking and accessing community activities. Your support plan will be reviewed every six months or sooner if necessary.

If you are self-funding your own personalised care we can accept self-referrals. If you are seeking funding for your care package you must be referred by your care co-ordinator and have your budget approved by a Funding Panel.
