Herefordshire Mind Supported Housing Services operate three services, Intensive Supported Housing, Ferncroft Transitional Supported Housing in Hereford and Etnam Street Supported Housing in Leominster.
Intensive Supported Housing provides high-ratio support to two people living in their own tenancies in Hereford. Referrals to this service can only be made through Herefordshire Primary Care Trust or Herefordshire Council.
Ferncroft is a partnership service between Herefordshire Mind, Marches Housing Association and Herefordshire Rehab and Recovery Team funded by Supporting People. The service provides housing-related and mental health support for up to nine tenants in Hereford city. Referrals can only be made by Herefordshire Community Mental Health Teams to an Accommodation Panel. Tenants at Ferncroft receive on-site, 24hr, seven days a week housing-related support from Herefordshire Mind staff and mental health support from the Rehab and Recovery Team and an On Call emergency service. The service has a successful track record in supporting tenants to move on into more independent living and shared-equity home ownership.

Etnam Street is a partnership between Herefordshire Mind and Kemble Housing Association. The service provides housing-related support for up to six tenants in Leominster. Referrals can only be made by Herefordshire Community Mental Health Teams to an Accommodation Panel. Floating support is provided by Community Support Service staff five days per week with an On Call service out of hours.
