Herefordshire Mind employs around 80 full-time, part-time and bank working staff in a variety of employment settings. From residential nursing care to domiciliary care, floating support and drivers we offer a wide range of roles and career paths.

All staff undergo a comprehensive induction and training programme to enable them to develop and deploy their skills, knowledge and experience in the most effective way. Our staff are at the core of our business and our programme of induction, probation, supervision and appraisal ensures that people are effectively supervised, developed and rewarded.
