Training and Development

We believe that good people management is essential. All staff undergo a comprehensive induction and training programme to enable them to develop and deploy their skills, knowledge and experience in the most effective way. The programme of induction, probation, supervision and appraisal ensures that people are effectively supervised and developed. Our staff are at the core of our business – they really are our main asset – so attracting the right recruits and retaining them is of paramount importance and ensures that our clients get the best possible service.

Herefordshire Mind is committed to equal opportunities. It is our aim to actively encourage diversity in order that our staff complement our client group.
